1. Material selection of PPR pipe: there are many varieties of PPR pipe in the market, and the quality is good or bad. Therefore, qualified pipes and fittings must be selected in material selection.
2. The spacing between supports and hangers of PPR pipes does not meet the requirements. Many construction units have large spacing between supports and hangers during construction. The large spacing between supports and hangers is easy to increase the deformation coefficient of the pipeline, making the original horizontal and vertical PPR pipes look like snakes, which is easy to lead to pipeline leakage. Therefore, during the construction of PPR pipeline, the spacing between supports and hangers of the pipeline must meet the requirements.
3. The hot-melt time of PPR pipe during construction should not be too long or too short. Too long hot-melt time of PPR pipe is easy to cause the performance of PPR pipe to become soft. When making socket connection with pipe fittings, it is easy to reduce the diameter of pipe orifice and pipe diameter. Too short hot-melt time of PPR pipe is easy to cause the connection between pipe and pipe fittings to be unstable and easy to produce leakage. Therefore, during the construction of pipes and pipe fittings, it is necessary to ensure that the hot melting time of pipes meets the time specified in Table 1.
